Tuition fees & financing of Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management

The ISM offers different grants and scholarships, including partial and some full scholarships. Many other study financing options are available from third parties.

If you would like to apply for an ISM scholarship, applications can be submitted with an already passed ISM admission test for the

• upcoming summer semester from November 15 until December 15
• upcoming winter semester from May 15 until June 15.

The admission deposit only applies to international applicants who have a?non-EU citizenship. Upon acceptance of a study place at ISM, the applicant has to pay an admission deposit fee of 3,000 Euro. This deposit will be deducted in full from the tuition fees of the first semester, so the applicant will only pay the remaining fee of 3480 Euro (6480-3000 Euro) for the first study semester.

You will receive an offer/acceptance letter per regular post from us. Please sign this letter and - if you are an international student (non-EU) - pay the deposit to our university's ISM bank account through Flywire (see below).

The deposit will be mentioned in the acceptance letter and will be then deducted from your tuition fee.?After you have paid the deposit, you will receive the letter of admission from the ISM and your tuition contract documents. You will need both for your visa application, if you require a German study visa.

If the contract is not signed by the student, we retain a processing fee of 500 Euro and the rest will be reimbursed to you.?

The admission deposit fee will be fully refunded in the event that the applicant proves that his/her visa application for an ISM program has been definitely rejected by the embassy.
